Day 41

Arm is getting more useful and it's scary. I keep thinking that I am tearing it. The GH is at 2 iu and doing well. No red skin reactions anymore. Laser apts picked up again, and now I need some strength. Range overhead is doing well. Diet fell off today, but it is mostly under control. Trying not to go overboard on the protein. Still researching a cycle, but fairly convinced on EQ and Test. Worried about all the stuff that goes with it.

Day 36

Solidly on 2 iu. Looking for the benefits. Shoulder sore but able to do do lots with it. Getting the diet under control but really need to eliminate nuts. Still exploring a cycle. Probably eq and test. Range overhead is 165-170.

Day 20

Post op went great. Dr says better than average. Getting antsy, but smart enough to not mess this up. Most importantly, I got my medicine and am ready to start this now.

It's on


Day one of all of us putting our money where our mouths are. CFSJ guinea pigs Vadim and Michael went to a mobile body fat test to set a baseline to prove that CrossFit and a decent diet can really do what we all claim that it can. Many times we say something works, but how do we really know? Well, these two will work out 5 days a week, eat healthy and post all of their numbers to beyondthewhiteboard. Check back from time to time to see how it is going.

Day 30

So a month down, 12 days into the HGH and seriously researching gear for a cycle. I am up to almost 2 iu of gh and feeling pretty good, except I messed up a shot in my arm, and I think I injected into the skin instead of under. For the next week or two I will be trying to figure out some metrics to see if this shit is actually working.

Commitment

How many of you remember the start of the burpee challenge? 88 days ago a bunch of cfsjers took on the 100 day burpee challenge, starting at 1 going to 100, and like a marathon we watched people try their best, but eventually start walking and then stop all together. With this being said, many people now have a real concept of commitment. Let's back our folks for the last 12 days.
